Our boats primarily depart from Siófok, from berth number 8 at the marina. However, for an additional docking fee, it is also possible to start the journey from any of the following marinas:

For private rentals, within Siófok and a 30 km radius, you can freely choose the departure and arrival points of the small train. The price is customized based on the rental duration, and the train’s deployment time is also included in the rental period.
Due to the busy schedule of our boats, please arrive on time. We recommend arriving 5–15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Especially during the summer months, traffic and marina congestion may prevent the boat from waiting at the dock, which could delay departure if you arrive late. Any delay can only be compensated depending on the boat’s other bookings and cannot be guaranteed.

Payment and cancellation terms
After selecting the program (upon accepted offer), a 50% deposit is required, which can be paid via bank transfer or online card payment based on an official proforma invoice.
The remaining amount will be invoiced after the event, based on the finalized price taking into account the final number of participants, the programs carried out, and any additional consumption.
After selecting the program, a deposit is required to secure the date (the amount ranges between 50,000–100,000 HUF depending on the services ordered), which can be paid via bank transfer.
The remaining amount can be paid based on the final number of participants at our booth located at berth 8 of the port before the boat departure (post-payment is not possible).
The program can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the event or in the cases listed below (the deposit will be refunded):

For corporate team-building events, we can also provide the "B" program, either in the conference room of the hotel occupied by the company or in a venue recommended by us, depending on availability. In case of cancellation, the "B" program automatically takes effect for team-building events.

Our boats Talizmán II. Spanyol and Talizmán I. Török have indoor areas and covered decks, but at full capacity we cannot guarantee covered space for everyone. Our boat Talizmán III. Juditta does not have any covered areas.
In wet weather, we provide our guests with disposable raincoats to ensure they stay dry in case of unexpected rain. If used, the raincoat will be charged at a net price of 100 HUF per person.

Food and drink package
Non-alcoholic drink package: sparkling and still mineral water, soda water, homemade syrups, lemonade, Fanta Orange, Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero
Alcoholic drink package: non-alcoholic drink package plus draft Soproni beer and white, rosé, and red wines from Papp Winery.
Spirits and cocktails: based on the selected drink package, number of guests, and duration, we provide a customized offer, or you can opt for individually paid drinks at the bar or a single, consumption-based settlement after the event.
Coffee and beverages can only be served on our boats in pre-prepared thermoses to keep them warm.
General
Our large Talizmán boats have restrooms, which can be used freely during the boat rental.
At events, we always provide background music suitable for the program, but our guests also have the option to play music via a USB drive or Bluetooth connection.
Dogs, cats, and other pets can be brought on board as long as they do not disturb other guests. Alternatively, you can take them to a dog boarding facility or grooming partner for the duration of the boat trip. Please make sure to coordinate this with us in advance.
Of course, provided that you can swim and do so at your own risk, and that the captain deems the current weather conditions suitable for swimming.
