Where do the sailboats depart from?
Our boats generally depart from Siófok, but for full-day rentals, it is also possible to start the journey from the harbors listed at the following link:Sailing harbors – Click here!
Is it possible to request departure from a different harbor?
Of course. For two-hour or half-day sailing, this option is available for an additional fee. For full-day sailing, it can be arranged either for an extra charge or with a reduced sailing duration.
Why is this? Our sailboats normally depart from Siófok. To start from a different harbor, our captains must travel from Siófok to the requested departure point beforehand. Depending on the destination, this takes a minimum of 2 hours.
Is parking available?
Depending on availability, parking is possible near the entrance of the harbor, on Vitorlás Street, which is paid between May 15 and September 15.

Rental
How long can I rent the sailboat for?
Our sailboats can be rented for a minimum of 2 hours. There is no maximum time limit, and upon request, they can even be rented for several weeks.
Important information! Our sailboats can be rented daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Therefore, if you want to rent one of our boats on a given day, please plan within this time frame.

General
Can we bring our pet with us?
Dogs, cats, and other pets are not allowed on our sailboats. However, there is an option to take them to a dog boarding facility or even a pet grooming service with one of our partners for the duration of the sailing. Please make sure to coordinate this with us in advance in all cases.
Are there life jackets on the boats?
Life jackets are part of the standard equipment on all our sailboats. We can provide life jackets in suitable sizes for adults and children aged 6–14. If you need a life jacket for a very young child, we kindly ask you to provide one yourself for the duration of the sailing trip.
A vitorlázás során lehet-e fürödni a Balatonban?
Of course, provided that you can swim and do so at your own risk, and that the captain deems the current weather conditions suitable for swimming.

CAN THE PROGRAM BE RESCHEDULED TO ANOTHER DAY IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?
Our small sailboats (those with a capacity of 12 people or fewer) are more affected by the weather, so please check with your captain before departure and it is advisable to consult reliable weather forecast websites, for example:

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DOCK AT OTHER MARINAS? DO THE SAILBOATS HAVE A BAHART STICKER?
Yes, both are possible. All our sailboats have a Bahart sticker. How far you can go and at which marina you dock depends solely on the duration of your sailboat rental.
WHAT SHOULD WE ARRIVE IN? WHAT CLOTHING IS RECOMMENDED FOR THE SAILING TRIP?
There are no strict requirements; please dress appropriately for the season and weather. If possible, wear shoes with white soles, as black or colored soles can leave marks on the sailboats that are difficult to clean.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT A SAILBOAT?
The price varies and is influenced by several factors. These factors are as follows:
Duration: Our sailboats can be rented for 2, 3, 4, or 8 hours within a single day, or even for multiple days or a week. The price increases proportionally with the rental duration.
Number of participants: Our sailboats can be rented for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 people.
Type of sailboat: Our fleet includes several sailboats, including premium-quality ones, which have a higher rental fee.
CAN YOUR SAILBOATS BE RENTED WITHOUT A SKIPPER?
Yes, provided you have the appropriate boating license. The handover always takes place at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure. The staff will demonstrate how to operate the sailboat both on board and on the water. During the handover, they will also inspect the boat in its berth and take a short trip on the water to check the condition of the sails. For rentals without a captain, no bedding or linens are provided for overnight stays—you must bring your own equipment.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A SKIPPER FOR THE SAILBOAT RENTAL?
Yes, we can provide a skipper in all cases, except if you have a valid boating license, in which case you may rent the sailboat without a skipper.
WHAT ARE YOUR REACHABLE HOURS? WHERE CAN WE CONTACT YOU?
Our office is located at 45 Fő Street. We are open every day from 9 AM to 6 PM, and you can reach us during these hours.
IS THERE AN OPTION FOR CHAMPAGNE OR SPARKLING WINE?
Of course. Upon request, we provide chilled champagne, and we also offer other drink packages. You can view our drink package options at the following link.
CAN AN ALREADY BOOKED DATE BE CHANGED?
Igen, legkésőbb indulásuk előtt 1 héttel módosítható. Arra szeretnénk kérni Önöket, hogy törekedjenek olyan időpontot lefoglalni, amikor szinte biztosan igénybe is tudják venni szolgáltatásunkat és csak a legvégső esetben módosítsák a már lefoglalt időpontokat.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
A foglalás lemondása a foglaló kifizetését vagy utalvány átadását követően nem lehetésges. Időpont módosítást lehet kérni 1 héttel az indulást megelőzően. Rossz idő esetén új időpontot biztosítunk. Műszaki hiba esetén nem áll módunkban utazási, szállás költséget, egyéb valós vagy vélt díjakat megfizetnünk. Ilyen esetben a foglaló visszafizetésre kerül, utalványok esetén új időpontot egyeztetünk.
