Where can I purchase a ticket?
1. At the Talizmán stand located at berth 8 of the Siófok boat station. (black anchor on the map below)
2. At the other sales points located near the harbor.
3. Online: Tickets can be purchased online for a specific departure time or without a set time (for gifts or to buy well in advance).
Do I need to reserve a spot in advance?
Advance ticket reservation is not required, as the boats operate on a regular schedule.
However, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee that someone arriving only 10–15 minutes before departure will still be able to purchase a ticket for that specific service if it is already full.

No appointment is necessary; our scheduled services run more frequently during high traffic periods, but passengers with an online ticket are guaranteed a spot on the service they selected.

How long is the program?
1. The large-ship scheduled programs are 60 minutes long (regardless of whether the service operates on the regular or condensed timetable).
2. The speedboat ride/adrenaline tour lasts 20 minutes.
3. Our city sightseeing mini train tour completes the route in 45 minutes.

1. Yes, strollers can be brought on board in limited numbers; coordination with the staff before boarding is required.

Can children also participate in the sightseeing boat trips?
Yes, the sightseeing boat trips are recommended for all ages and are safe for children.
There is also a program specifically designed for children in the offerings: the Pirate Ship, which is an interactive show for kids.
This does not mean that only children can participate on the Pirate Ship – the program is also recommended for adults and those without children.
How often do the sightseeing boats depart?
Sightseeing boats operate every 45 minutes according to the regular schedule during the peak season.

Could the schedule change?
Yes. The flight schedule may change depending on current traffic and circumstances, especially during peak season.
We reserve the right to operate additional flights or increase the frequency of the schedule in case of high demand.
How early is it recommended to arrive before departure?
It is recommended to arrive at the ferry terminal at least 10–15 minutes before departure.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In case of strong winds, storms, or other adverse weather conditions, the flights:
